PinRig Event Services delivers end to end streaming production for tournaments, launches, league finals, and venue showcases. We plan the show, build the stream, run the broadcast, and support the full event workflow so your team can focus on the games and the audience.

We recommend booking event services at least two to four weeks in advance. Larger tournaments, multi day events, or events requiring travel and custom production benefit from earlier planning. This allows time for scheduling, technical planning, and any custom overlays or run of show coordination.
Yes. We support both local and travel based events. Availability for on site support depends on location, event size, and scheduling. For events outside our local area, we can also provide remote production support using shipped rigs or your existing equipment.
At a minimum, the venue should provide stable internet access, power near the machines being streamed, and space for camera placement and equipment. A streaming capable computer may be required depending on the package selected. We will review requirements with you during planning and confirm everything needed before the event.
Yes. We frequently integrate with existing cameras, capture cards, audio equipment, and streaming workflows. During planning, we assess your current setup and recommend whether to use it as is, supplement it with PinRig hardware, or transition fully to our production workflow.
Yes. We support sponsor logos, overlays, lower thirds, and on screen callouts. We can also incorporate sponsor messaging into stream layouts and post event content when requested. Sponsorship elements are reviewed during planning to ensure they fit cleanly into the broadcast.
Yes. You will receive access to the full event recording when available. Depending on the service package, this may include raw recordings, edited highlight clips, or social media ready segments. Details are confirmed during booking so expectations are clear.
